What is the price for designing the banners?
We offer banner ad designs at a flat rate of $25 per banner for any of the standard banner sizes. We also offer banner ad packages for a discounted price, For further details on pricing and available banner packages please click here. If you need source .PSD (photoshop) files it is an additional $5 Per Source file.
What details do you need from me?
We only need the custom text that you would like on the banner/graphics. Optionally, you may also provide logos, any specific stock photos/images, that you may want included in the banners. Providing of Stock photos is only optional by default we select the most appropriate stock photos to go with your website/business theme.
When will my order be ready?
The normal timeframe for delivery of your order will be within 3 days. However, if we have a backlog and have a high volume of orders to process it may take up to a week. If your order has been delayed for over a week from the time the order was placed, please contact us immediately.
I don’t have a logo, is a logo also included with my banner?
A Logo is not included, If you need a custom logo made please contact us and we can offer you a logo design service for an additional charge. If you do not include a logo, we will use a text based stylized logo to match your site’s theme/look.
Where can I send my files/material to?
After placing your order, you will receive an email from us, you can then send your files and info to us by email.

Currently we accept PayPal. However, if you would like to pay using an alternative method kindly contact us and we will try our best to accommodate your needs. You can make a payment from our Order Page by selecting the package based on your requirements. If you need a custom order kindly contact us and we will send you a special payment link. All of our payments are processed with guaranteed security.
What if I need changes to my banner?
Generally we always try our best to deliver amazing banners at the first go .. but there can be times when you are not completely satisfied by the results. We make it a point to make sure you are completely satisfied and get your money’s worth! We will make revisions till you are 100% satisfied and happy!
What types of changes are allowed?
You may request changes to the animations, positioning of texts, color scheme etc. You may NOT request changes such as sizing of the banner ad, or a complete re-write of the texts. This will be considered as a new banner ad.
